How to apply

Application deadline is 1 January 2025.

Selection Criteria

To apply to UROBESTT 2025, you must be:

  • A resident within the final year of your residency or have completed your residency within the past five (5) years.
  • An EAU member (Not a member yet? Click here or contact the membership department at membership@uroweb.org to know more.)
  • To guarantee optimal learning, UROBESTT will accommodate a maximum of 30 participants.

What to submit during your application:

  • Curriculum Vitae
  • One (1) patient case

Test your skills: The Challenger Session
The Challenger Session is part of the UROBESTT scientific programme where you can present lectures and a patient case, defend your strategies, and be rewarded for your outstanding performance and insights. Confirmation participation

After the deadline of 1 January 2025, you will receive a confirmation by email. If you have been selected to participate at UROBESTT25, you are entitled to:

  • Lunch meals
  • Refreshments and snacks during coffee breaks

IMPORTANT: Please note that you need to arrange and cover your own accommodation, travel and transfer costs.

Cancellation

The deadline for cancellation is 1 March 2025.  Cancellations should be sent in writing to w.dennissen@uroweb.org on or before 1 March 2025. When cancelling after 1 March 2025 a fee of €250 will be charged.
