How to apply

Applications for UROBESTT23 are now closed.

Selection Criteria

The application will NOT be accepted if you do not meet the following selection criteria:

  1. You must be an EAU member. Not a member yet? You can sign here.
  2. You must be a certified urologist, aged below 41.
  3. Once selected, you must submit a challenging Clinical Case in PowerPoint with a maximum of 5 slides, related to one of the following topics: Laparoscopy, Robotic urology or Endoscopy. 

The selection will be made on a first-come, first served basis, with a maximum of 45 participants selected.

What’s included:

  • Registration fee
  • Two nights hotel accommodation, including breakfast
  • Lunch and coffee breaks

You need to arrange and cover your own travel and transfer costs.

Confirmation participation

After the application deadline, on 7 November 2022, you will receive a definite confirmation by email, detailing if you have or have not have been selected to participate.


The deadline for cancellation is 3 January 2023. Cancellations should be sent in writing to on or before 3 January 2023. When cancelling after 3 January 2023 a fee of €250 will be charged.
